The towers facing the water are angled for
maximum solar orientation. The aim was to create a setback
between residential units and the busy street front, and also
to provide natural lightning for the retail/office space on
the lowest level.
In the interior of the block, there is a semi-private playground
for residents, as well as ample garage space. Row houses (orange)
have private patios and some also face the open area playground.
