The plan was developed
through a careful analysis of existing neighborhoods which
‘work’ – as a resource for pragmatic and
creative solutions. At the same time, it is an attempt to
accommodate the peculiar siting and technological conditions
of Liberty Harbor.
We participated in the project because we share the belief
that environmental beauty results from people’s active
participation in the place where they live, work, and play.
It is necessarily a product of multiple visions and many voices.
